APPLICATION: It is INTEGRATED inside INDUSTRIAL WASHING MACHINES
CHARACTERISTICS: CAST IRON made, double impellers, 1450 RPM.
CAPACITY: 1500 – 3000 l/min
HEAD: 73,7 – 5,6 m
ELECTRIC MOTOR: 45 kW
It is made with wear ring made in BRONZE B14, bearing shaft made in BRONZE B14.
The pump is lubricated using the pumped liquid.
PLATE made in stainless steel AISI 304.
Wear Bushes made in Chromium plated steel with shaft made in carbon steel.
Gaskets made in PTFE/DUTRAL.
Outlet Flange DN 125 – PN 10.
AXIAL BEARING: double crown , IN OIL BATH.
Gaskets made in DUTRAL, thickness 20 mm, expansion joint diameter 120 mm made in stainless steel AISI 304 are applied on the outlet pipe in order to avoid the vibrations' propagation on the tank where the pump is placed.
The pumps are normally delivered free of paint in the part under the plate, because the paint applied, could contaminate the liquid that have to be pumped.
